We’ll try to keep things as simple as possible but you agree to the following terms by visiting and using Guitar Rodeo’s website.

For clarity, the terms "Guitar Rodeo,"  "guitarrodeo.com", and the pronouns "us", "we" and "our" refer to Guitar Rodeo Company. We are the owner of this website.

The term "you" and the pronoun “your” refer to the person using or viewing the site.

Also definitely not cool.

  • Export or re-export the website or any portion of the website or any software available on or through it, in violation of the export control laws or regulations of the United States.
  • Use the website to perform or assist in any other act that within our sole discretion we deem inappropriate, illegal or unsavory. We will notify you if we think you have done so. You agree to stop any such activity promptly after receiving notice from us.

We will investigate any violation of this agreement and take appropriate remedial action which could include reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.

Intellectual Property Rights:

We own all of the content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion on the website and the electronic methods necessary to publish it on the internet. This material is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law and we assert complete ownership rights over all of it. We also regard this material as proprietary to Guitar Rodeo.

Except for your creating links to our site under the terms described below, we do not allow you to copy, republish or distribute any content on this website in any fashion.

We love having you as a guest and welcome your comments, compliments, accolades and constructive criticism. If you submit any of these types of information to us though, you agree that your submissions become our property and that you do not acquire ownership rights to any website content. We use this information either with the permission of the owner or, in the case of brief fair use quotations, with attribution. In connection with the sale of our products, we also use trademarks and service marks with the permission of their owners and assert no ownership interest in them ourselves.

Occasionally we will include links to the sites of other people. We are not responsible for and do assume responsibility for any of the material that is accessed through links of this nature. That includes mistakes, defamation, omissions, falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations or any other content. Things Change & Occasionally We Make Mistakes:

We reserve the right to make changes to the content of our site without prior notice. This includes our right to changes prices, product descriptions, website content and functionality. We do our level best to make sure that the information we supply on the site is correct but do not guarantee or warrant in any way that this information is perfect. From time to time, and sometimes through no fault of our own, the information may be inaccurate or untimely. Be smart and confirm the accuracy of any information that is important to your doing business with us. We hope that you won’t be surprised to learn that our content is extremely reliable.

We also reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information, prices or other content appearing on the Site.

Although we also do our best to keep the site clean, we also cannot represent or warrant that the website will be free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any such problems can be immediately corrected.  

In the very unlikely event that an item has been mispriced on the site, we will let you know right away and let you decide whether you want the item at the correct price. That hasn’t happened yet, but we guess there is a first time.

For all of these reasons, your electronic order is not complete until we accept it with a confirming email. We don’t plan on doing it, but there also might be some reason we cannot complete your order for reasons beyond our control. Accordingly, we also reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and for any reason.

We are very serious about protecting your online privacy and security. Our privacy policy is a part of this Agreement and  like other terms and conditions, it may change from time to time. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.


We require you to register in order to use certain sections of our site. By completing the registration process, you promise to provide us with accurate, complete and trustworthy registration information. You must register with your real name. Any registration is for your personal use and you promise that you are not registering on behalf of anyone else. Your password and any right you may have to access information through the use of your registration or password in non-transferable and non-assignable.

We do not permit other persons to use your registered information but obviously cannot be on the other end of the internet connection.  It is your responsibility to guard your registration identity and information from other users of your computer and from anyone who might find it available on a public computer. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for unauthorized use. You are responsible for any unauthorized if the damage cannot be stopped after you discover it so be smart and protect your personal information.

Payments & Financial Information:

By giving us your credit card number or other payment information, you make the following representations which we rely on when we do business with you.

You represent, promise and warrant that any credit, financial or bank information you supply is true and complete, that charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or bank, and that you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.


By using our website you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Guitar Rodeo, its owners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and service providers harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your use of our website, the information contained on it or for the violation of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability For Website Use:

The information on our website is provided for your convenience and to assist us in getting you matched up with the right products. That's it. We do our best to make sure the information is correct but mistakes happen from time to time. Any errors are unintentional we do our best to clean them up as soon as we see them. We do not intend any use of the website or its information except to help us to communicate with you and come to an agreement. Therefore we cannot be responsible for any loss, injury, liability or damage of any kind resulting from your use of the site, its content, from any errors or omissions on the website, viruses, or from any interruption in the availability of the website or any of its features.

By using this site you agree that our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to our site or the information appearing on it shall not exceed One Hundred Dollars. This stipulated amount shall be in lieu of any other remedies.


We do not expect to have any disagreements with you over our products, this agreement, or the use of our site. If the worst happens, this section of the agreement governs how we will resolve our differences.

Except as provided below, the sole method of resolving any dispute regarding our products, our services, this agreement or our website shall be binding arbitration conducted through the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service. Arbitrations shall be governed by the commercial arbitration rules of that organization and all disputes shall be arbitrated individually, without regard to any other claims or controversies.   

All arbitrations shall be conducted in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and any award or judgment of the arbitrator may be reduced to judgment and entered by any court having jurisdiction over the parties. You and Guitar Rodeo each have the right to seek interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Minneapolis, Minnesota necessary to protect rights or property of any person affected by the controversy pending the completion of arbitration. Fees and costs of arbitration shall be split evenly by the party initiating the arbitration and the person responding to it regardless of outcome. For purposes of this paragraph Guitar Rodeo, its owners, employees, and agents are one party.

In the event JAMS refuses to act, is unable to act or ceases to exist, Guitar Rodeo shall designate another arbitration service in Minneapolis, Minnesota to act in its place under rules equivalent to JAMS commercial arbitration rules and you will be bound by this designation.

This agreement applies to any legal controversy or legal claim that you may have arising out of in connection with our products, our services, this agreement and your use of our website.

This agreement to arbitrate does not apply to actions taken by Guitar Rodeo to collect a debt, to protect its intellectual property rights or to protect this website and our interests in it. Guitar Rodeo expressly reserves all rights of action and access to all courts of competent jurisdiction for those purposes.

Governing Law and Miscellaneous Legal Terms:

The laws of Minnesota govern this agreement without regard to other choice of law considerations. We agree that this agreement was completed and executed in the State of Minnesota and that the final act of any sales agreement through our website or by telephonic communication also is completed in Minnesota.

You agree to initiate any claim or cause of action you may claim to have against Guitar Rodeo within one year after the cause of action arose. If you do not, your claims are forever waived and barred.

The language in this agreement shall be given its fair meaning and shall not be strictly construed for or against any party.

You agree that we may assign this agreement to other parties for any purpose and without notice to you.

If any part of this agreement or the terms and conditions governing use of the website is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, all other portions of our agreement shall remain in force. If information on the website is inconsistent with or contrary to the terms and conditions set out above, this agreement controls.

Our failure to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of our rights.

Our rights under this agreement shall survive any termination, modification or amendment of the agreement.
